PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING
Data processing related to the services on this web site are executed at the above premises and are only handled by technical staff in charge of processing, or others eventually in charge of occasional maintenance operations.
No data from the service provided on the web is communicated or spread.
Personal data provided by users who request informative materials (bulletins, CD-ROMs, newsletters, annual reports, answers to questions, acts and measures, etc.) to be dispatched are used only to perform the service or assistance requested and they are communicated to third parties only if this is necessary for that purpose.

Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire some personal data during their normal operation; its transmission is implicit in the communication protocols of the Internet.
This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified users, but, due to its very nature, could lead users to be identified, through processing and association with data held by third parties.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users to connect to the site, URI addresses (Uniform Resource Identifier) of requested resources, time of request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of response from the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters regarding the operating system and computer environment of the user.
These data are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information about the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of computer crimes against the site; except for this possibility, the data on web contacts does not last more than seven days.
Data provided voluntarily by the users.
The optional, explicit and voluntary e-mail addresses listed on this site involves the acquisition of the sender’s email, necessary to respond to requests, and any other data included in the message.
Specific summary information will be progressively reported or displayed on the website pages showing specific services on demand.
COOKIES
No personal user data is acquired from the site.
We do not use cookies to transmit information of a personal nature, nor any persistent cookies of any kind, or systems for tracking users.
The use of so-called session cookies (which are not stored permanently on the user’s computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to enable a safe and efficient navigation of the site.
The so-called session cookies used on this site avoid the use of other information technologies that could compromise the privacy of the users and do not allow the acquisition of personal identification data.
DISCRETIONARY PROVISION OF DATA
Apart from the specifications for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data contained in the application forms or indicated during contact with the office to request the dispatch of informative material or other communications.
Failure to provide this information may make it impossible for us to fulfil the request.
It must be remembered that in some cases (not subject to the ordinary management of this site) the Authority may request information under Article 157 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, in order to control the processing of personal data. In these cases, reply is mandatory under penalty of a fine.
RULES OF TREATMENT
Personal data are processed by automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.
Specific security measures are taken to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect and unauthorized access.
USERS’ RIGHTS
The users, whose personal data has been collected, have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence of such data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or correction (art. 7 of Legislative Decree. n. 196/2003).
According to the same article, users have the right to request erasing, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, and oppose to their processing in any case, for legitimate reasons.
